Sessions anywhere
On CloudOffix Connect, in person, by phone or on Teams, Zoom or Meet. Sessions are scheduled, completed, cancelled or marked as no-show.

Mentors log their work. You approve and pay.
Compensation per mentor
Volunteer, fixed monthly, per session, hourly, or a monthly retainer combined with sessions or hours.
Monthly statement
Retainer, sessions, hours and adjustments are collected on the mentor's monthly statement, and each session is marked as reported.
Submit and approve
The mentor submits the statement and invoice; only the named approver can approve it.
Invoice and payment
The approved statement becomes a vendor bill and is marked paid. A paid statement cannot be cancelled.

Can volunteer and paid mentors work side by side?
Yes. Compensation is set per mentor: volunteer, fixed monthly, per session, hourly or a combination.
Do members book mentors themselves?
Yes. Members book, reschedule and cancel sessions in the portal within each mentor's office hours.
What does AI do with session recordings?
It writes a summary, turns action items into follow-up activities and prepares a brief before the next session.
