SMS Terms

Overview

These SMS Terms apply to all text message programs of CloudOffix, Inc. (“CloudOffix”, “we”, “us”). By opting in to any of our text messages, you agree to these terms. Effective date: October 12, 2026.

1. Our Text Message Programs

Messages are sent under the name CloudOffix. You receive only the types of messages you opted in to:

• Account and service messages: information about your CloudOffix account, free trial, demo or onboarding, appointment and meeting reminders, support requests, billing and security notifications, such as one-time verification codes.
• Recruiting messages: for job applicants, application status updates, interview invitations, interview scheduling, and interview and deadline reminders.
• Marketing messages: news, offers, events and product updates. We send marketing messages only if you have separately and expressly agreed to receive them.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms (for example, a trial, contact, event or job application form), or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive our text messages. Each consent covers the program described where you gave it.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase, of using our services, of applying for a job, or of employment.

3. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies by program and by your activity, such as your account, appointments or application. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. CloudOffix does not charge for text messages.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (you may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL). We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then you will not receive further text messages from that program. You can also opt out by emailing legal@cloudoffix.com. Opting out does not affect your account, your services or any job application. To opt back in, opt in again on one of our forms or contact us.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email legal@cloudoffix.com.

6. Carriers and Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Please tell us if your phone number changes, and do not use our messages for emergencies.

7. Privacy

We handle your phone number and messages as described in our Privacy Policy and, for job applicants, our Applicant Privacy Notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. If you keep receiving messages after a change, you accept the updated terms; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
