That's why we've added a new field to the Settings tab of the Live Chat form, allowing you to craft a unique welcome message that aligns with your brand and speaks directly to your audience. With the ability to customize your welcome message, you can create a more personalized experience for your visitors. This not only improves engagement but also helps build a stronger connection with your audience from the moment they engage with your website.You can set a welcome message to call your visitors by their names with the {name} parameter that you can add anywhere in the message.
