Overview: The chat experience has been refined to improve clarity, relevance, and navigation — especially for users with a high volume of direct messages and AI conversations. Inactive chats are now handled more intelligently, while ordering, pagination, and search behavior have been improved to ensure users can always find the conversations they need. Importantly, no conversation data is lost — changes only affect how chats are displayed in the interface.
Updates:
1. Automatic Unpinning of Inactive Chats
- Direct message and AI chats with no activity for 30 days are automatically unpinned.
- Conversations remain in the system and can still be accessed.
2. Improved Chat Ordering
- AI threads and live chats in the Discuss module are now ordered by date, with the most recent conversations shown at the top.
- AI Assistants and direct messages continue to be ordered alphabetically for consistent navigation.
3. Fixed Pagination Behavior
- “Load more” counts now accurately reflect available conversations.
4. Search for Discuss & AI Chats
- Users can now search across Direct and AI chat conversations.
- Makes locating older or less active chats significantly easier.
