Overview: Objective management in the OKR app has been improved by introducing an Archive functionality. Instead of forcing users to manually delete Key Results one by one, Objectives can now be archived as a whole — making lifecycle management cleaner, safer, and more flexible.
Updates:
1. Archive for Objective
- Objectives can now be archived instead of deleted.
- Archiving an Objective automatically archives all related Key Results.
2. Flexible Key Result Restore
- Users can selectively reactivate only the relevant Key Results.
Benefits:
• Simplified Objective Management: No need to manually delete multiple Key Results before removing an Objective.
• Safer Lifecycle Control: Archiving preserves historical data instead of permanently deleting it.
• Flexible Recovery: Key Results can be restored individually without re-creating Objectives from scratch.
How it works?
- Open an Objective in the OKR app.
- Select Archive to move the Objective and its Key Results to the archive.
- Navigate to archive to
o Restore the Objective, or
o Reactivate specific Key Results individually.
