Notes in Chatter Can Now Be Replied

Overview: A new feature in Chatter enables users to reply directly to notes. For confidential notes, replies remain secret, ensuring sensitive information stays secure within private discussions.

Users can now respond to notes in Chatter, encouraging better conversation flows.

Benefits:

• Streamlined Communication: Facilitates faster response times and smoother communication within the Chatter system.

How it works ?

- Go to a record’s form view contains a chatter.

- Then click on the reply button in the chatter above the note to reply to.

- After typing your answer in the field that opens, you can reply to the note by clicking the Log button.

- Now, you can see your reply on the chatter.

Warning: If you reply to a private message, your reply will also be private.
