This innovative addition is set to transform the way you organize and collaborate in your meetings, particularly when it comes to selecting your team members.

Effortless Team Booking Selection

“Owners” field allows you to designate multiple owners for a meeting, ensuring that responsibilities are shared efficiently and promoting a more inclusive and participative team environment.With this field, you can seamlessly identify and assign individuals who play a pivotal role in the meeting's organization and success. This streamlined process enhances team coordination, making it simpler to assemble the right people for the job.

To add more than one owner to a meeting type, on the Meeting Type creation page, when Team Booking is selected as Meeting Type, the "Owners" field should be filled with the desired people. More than one owner can be added to this field. Participants of the meetings created using the meeting type can also be added to the Attendees field located below the Owner field.

*Tip: Distribution algorithms (Collective and Round Robin) work between the participants selected in the Attendees field. If the owner who created the type wants to include herself/himself in the algorithms, she/he should definitely add it to the Attendees field.
