At CloudOffix, our primary goal in this project was to simplify the construction industry's complex structure of data and processes, and to establish an integrated, traceable, and data-driven management model.

Challenges

Before the transformation, the company’s digital environment reflected years of disconnected growth.  Each department had adopted its own tools: ERP for finance, spreadsheets for procurement, separate systems for HR, and manual processes for field operations.
While these tools served short-term needs, they created a long-term barrier to integration and efficiency.
